Just testing Wordmobi , a wordpress client for mobiles (s60), which supports:

  • Text formatting ( bold , italic etc.).
  • Categories.
  • Tags.
  • Comments.
  • Preview.
  • Images (either local or from url, with optional scaling).

    Shamless plug, but if you’re interested in Wordpress mobile stuff, a guy I work with has written a plugin to mobilize wordpress blogs. Unlike a lot of other plugins, it works with every device (even crappy WML ones), and does all your image resizing, capability detection etc. for you.

    However, it does use a third party web service (which is free for non-commercial use, but not free in the real sense of the word).

    You can take a look here – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wapple-architect/

    @Steve
    Thanks for sharing the link. I am already using MobilePress and was wondering if there is a better solution. I will definitely give it a try.

    Forget about the plug-in, when will you update your blog? It’s been ages since you published a new post. I keep coming back just to be disappointed :(

    @Waisybabu
    Haha, I got overloaded by information and technology, so, took break from all social networking, blogging (including reading blogs), trying out new software and services etc. for a while. I am gradually coming back now so, would start blogging soon.

    Though, just so that you know, even when I post I am not very regular as this is just my personal blog :)

    Oh, and thanks for keep coming back to my blog. :)
